I'm bummed that Google Reader is closing.  But some friends convinced me to try out Bloglovin.  So we'll see!

I love a good book

This is my school pile. All the books and folders that rotate in and out of my bag.  And yes, I think putting it on a cake stand makes it look better.  So chic, right?

Anyway, the whole reason for this post is because I want to show off something.  Two things.  The first one being my adorable gold elephant that I got from Ross for $4.  I might have developed a recent obsession with elephants.  But I can't find anything negative about that so I'm letting it flourish. 

But the second thing is a little surprise.

 

And of course it's a green surprise.

And it's a book surprise.  (Does that even make sense?) (Also, don't mind the weird title.)

TA-DA!!

Neat, right?

Basically just glue all the pages together, then take an exact-o knife to it!  It's so easy!

*No books were harmed in the making of this kindle cover.  Only boring, unloved, free books from the library.

My latest obsession

I am obsessed with colored hair right now.  And no, not the OHMAGOSH-I-JUST-GOT-BLONDE-HIGHLIGHTZ kind of coloring.  I mean like this.... :D

All these colors are so fun

Silver hair with a young face -- so anime but still so cool.

So creative and would look so awesome on my layers.

Can't wait til summer break and I can take a break from the honor code :D

Dreaming

After finals are done there are so many things I want to do!  It's not that my finals are particularly hard or time consuming.... but even though I haven't studied a lick, out of respect I'm not doing anything overly fun right now :P

So here's to dreaming about a Hawaiian Christmas while sitting through boring lectures!

Go to the beach every single day the week after finals.

Bike to Sunset Beach and then...

...get some haupia pie from Ted's bakery <3

Throw a fancy Christmas dinner party

Paint my bike something ridiculous :D

Work off this honeymoon chub.
